EvolvBits was originally created and founded by William C. Canin.
The EvolvBits name, brand identity, and original logo were designed and created by William C. Canin.
Unless otherwise specified, software projects initially published under the EvolvBits organization were also originally created by William C. Canin.
Contributors may submit improvements, modifications, and new features under the license of each respective project.
Ownership
All EvolvBits trademarks, logos, brand assets, and visual identity elements are the exclusive property of EvolvBits unless otherwise stated.
These assets include but are not limited to:
- The EvolvBits name
- The EvolvBits logo and brand marks
- Website design and visual identity
- Branding assets contained in official repositories
Unauthorized use of these assets may violate trademark and intellectual property laws.
Open Source Projects
Software projects published by EvolvBits may be released under open-source licenses.
Each repository contains its own license file describing the permissions and limitations for that specific project.
Open-source licenses apply only to the source code of those projects and do not grant permission to use the EvolvBits brand, name, or logos.

“EvolvBits” and the EvolvBits logo are trademarks of EvolvBits.
